Mathilde Boulachin founded Pierre Chavin in 2010 in Béziers, southern France, with a vision that seemed ahead of its time: premium dealcoholised wines made with genuine French winemaking expertise. The company has since built a serious presence in the category, shipping to over sixty countries.

The range spans multiple collections, each with distinct positioning. Pierre Zéro is the flagship, developed over a decade into a comprehensive line of grape varieties and formats. Chavin Zéro reflects the house's dealcoholisation experience, using 100% dealcoholised wine with no added aromas. Zéra targets the organic market with vegan and halal certification, and no sulphites or preservatives.

French terroir shapes the wines. Grapes come from regions where climate and sea air bring natural freshness. The dealcoholisation process is designed to preserve character rather than strip it away. Sustainability and quality certifications run across the ranges, meeting the expectations of conscious consumers worldwide.

Pierre Chavin sits at the more considered end of the dealcoholised wine market. The breadth of range makes it easy to match most occasions, from casual weeknight dinners to celebrations that call for something a bit more deliberate.
