The Signature Rouge is the organic counterpart to the Prestige Rouge, with a notably different profile. No added sugar, no sulphites and no preservatives, and the production is designed to preserve natural polyphenols and aromatics through careful dealcoholisation. At medium ruby red, it is visually lighter than the Prestige. The nose carries tart red fruits with a citrus lift and gentle mineral notes. On the palate it is leaner and more precise than the richer Prestige Rouge: the absence of added sugar keeps the fruit fresh rather than jammy. There is a pleasant tannic edge on the finish. It suits drinkers who want structure without weight.
