Pierre Zéro Spritz is a non-alcoholic aperitif designed to sit in the same territory as Aperol Spritz, with dealcoholised white wine as its base. At 0.5% ABV it qualifies as non-alcoholic under EU labelling rules. It was named Non-Alcoholic of the Year at the 2025 Sommeliers Choice Awards. The drink pours a soft amber-orange with fine carbonation. Bitter orange zest, warm spice and a faint herbal note make up the nose. On the palate, orange peel and vanilla come forward, balanced by a pleasant bitter edge that holds the aperitivo character together. At 33 kcal and 7.5g sugar per 100ml, the sweetness is present but the bitterness keeps it in check. Serve over ice in a large glass with an orange slice.
