Made with organic grapes and no added sugar, sulphites, preservatives or flavourings, this sits at the top end of the Pierre Zéro range. At 11 kcal per 100ml and 2g of carbohydrates, it is one of the lightest alcohol-free sparkling rosés available. The colour is a delicate pale pink with fine, persistent bubbles. Subtle mineral notes lead on the nose, followed by hints of tart fruit and citrus. The palate is lean and precise: 2g of carbohydrates per 100ml gives the impression of a dry sparkling rather than a sweet rosé fizz. The carbonation integrates well and the finish is clean. It suits drinkers who find most AF sparkling rosés too sweet or too obviously manufactured.
