Sugar sits at 4g per 100ml, keeping the palate fairly dry. It pours pale straw with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with delicate mineral aromas then citrus fruit and green apple. On the palate it is clean and precise, with a light texture that is hard to fake in the alcohol-free sparkling category. The carbonation is well-judged rather than aggressively fizzy.
