The Chardonnay-Merlot blend sits on the drier end of the alcohol-free rosé spectrum: at 18 kcal per 100ml and 4.5g of sugar, it is noticeably less sweet than many rivals. The alcohol is removed through a low-impact process that aims to keep the aromatic profile intact. The colour is pale salmon-pink. Nose carries lively red currant and raspberry with a floral lift underneath. On the palate those berry notes follow through without the sweetness overwhelming them. The texture is light and the acidity does most of the work in keeping it fresh. A straightforward, clean rosé.
