Made from Chardonnay grown in southern France, the alcohol is removed through a controlled process designed to preserve the wine's natural aromatics, polyphenols and freshness. In the glass it pours a vibrant pale yellow with faint green reflections. The nose leans tropical: pineapple, mango and lychee with a citrus thread and white flower lift. The palate is a little more restrained, green apple and ripe pear coming forward with a mineral note that gives it some structure. Body is light and the finish clean. It's a solid entry point into the Pierre Zéro range if you prefer whites.
