From Divin's Origine range, this Chenin Blanc is grown on the company's estate in Touraine, where the variety has been at home for centuries. After fermentation the wine is dealcoholised, preserving the grape's natural warmth and fruit richness. The nose is pear, golden apple, and a subtle honeyed note that recalls warm pastry. On the palate it is juicy and tender, with a delicate caramelised sweetness balanced by the underlying freshness you expect from Chenin. Medium-bodied with a soft, rounded texture.
