The Vigneron Blanc de Blancs is Divin's prestige sparkling wine: 100% Chenin Blanc from selected estate parcels, partially aged in Brouard forest oak casks before the alcohol is reduced to 0.5%. It sits a step above the Origine range in structure and ambition. The oak ageing adds depth and a gentle warmth to the Chenin's natural fruit. Bright effervescence lifts the nose, and on the palate the wine is refined and harmonious, the grape's inherent richness sitting against the freshness that Loire terroir tends to provide. Not a brash pour. It rewards attention rather than demolishing it.
