Lyre's Classico Grande is the same liquid as the canned Classico in a 750ml bottle format. Based on non-alcoholic fermented grape juice concentrate, carbonated water, and natural flavourings, it pours pale gold with a steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose opens with lifted lime, fresh peach, and a clean granny smith apple skin note, with soft floral and musky undertones. On the palate, apple tartness leads, giving way to pear, peach, and a gentle sweetness from red apple. It is dry rather than sweet, with the carbonation keeping the finish clean and slightly acidic. The bottle format is the more practical choice for entertaining: at 750ml it pours roughly five 150ml flutes. Serve well chilled.
