Jukes 6 The Sparkling Red is the pre-mixed, carbonated version of Jukes' dark fruit concentrate, in a 250ml can. The combination of black and red fruits over an apple cider vinegar base produces something that earns comparison with a chilled light red. Pour into a glass and the colour is a deep, rich red. The nose leads with blackcurrant and blackberry. Raspberry and strawberry follow, then plum rounds out the fruit before earthier, spiced notes come through mid-palate. The carbonation gives lift to what could otherwise be a heavy profile, keeping it fresh throughout. The finish is mellow, long and dry.
