Jukes 8 The Sparkling Rosé brings the Provençal-inspired concentrate to a 250ml can, carbonated and ready to pour. The apple cider vinegar base carries watermelon, pear, melon, cucumber, raspberry and rhubarb, and the result has real aromatic character with a palate that stays resolute in its dryness. The pour gives a faint blush. On the nose it is aromatic: melon and pear in front, watermelon and a floral, slightly perfumed note behind. The carbonation integrates well, adding texture rather than diluting the flavour. There is a mineral, almost ozone quality to the mid-palate that distinguishes it from straightforwardly fruity sparkling drinks. The finish is clean and dry with good length. It does what the concentrate version does, just without the measuring and the wine glass.
