Collider brews this as a low-alcohol lager from the start rather than removing alcohol after the fact - special yeast strains keep ABV at 0.5%. The adaptogens (Lion's Mane mushroom, Ashwagandha, and L-theanine) go in after fermentation, which means they don't interfere with the brewing process itself. It pours a clear golden amber with a soft white head. The cereal malt and lemon zest come through on the nose without much complexity, and on the palate it's crisp and dry with a malty backbone. There's a faint herbal edge from the adaptogens - not intrusive, just present - and a clean finish with gentle bitterness. For a lager it's a reasonable drink on its own terms. The functional ingredient angle is either the draw or background noise depending on how you feel about adaptogens, but the base lager is competent and well-balanced.
