Plus & Minus Zero Alcohol Pinot Noir is made from South Australian Pinot Noir, dealcoholised and finished with grape seed extract for added body and antioxidants. No artificial sweeteners are used. Soft aromas of dark berries and dried herbs lead into a palate of cherry and dark chocolate with savoury notes of dried herb and spice. That herb and spice character is what gives it some of the complexity you'd expect from a real Pinot Noir. The body is light, the texture smooth. The finish fades gently with a touch of dark fruit sweetness. Zero-alcohol reds are often the hardest category to get right; this one at least has some structural interest rather than just fruit juice density.
