Lyre's Amaretti is a zero-proof spirit built to replicate the warm, nutty profile of Italian amaretto liqueur. Water, sugar, caramel syrup, and natural flavourings do the work: no fermentation, just a concentrated almond construction that lands closer to the real thing than you might expect. The nose is distinctly marzipan and almond, with vanilla, peach, and caramel underneath. On the palate, sweet almond dominates, softened by candied vanilla and a faint maraschino cherry quality.
