The palate is sharp and citrus-forward. Lime dominates, balanced by gentle agave sweetness, and the chilli note builds gradually to a warm, lingering heat rather than an aggressive spike. It's lively rather than sweet, which is rarer than it should be in this format. Best served over ice in a rocks glass with a lime wedge.
