The nitrogen charge is the main point of difference here. Crack the can and pour into a coupe and you get a velvety, smooth head rather than the flat pour of a standard RTD. It's a small thing but it changes the feel considerably. The colour is pale gold with a slight haze. Passion fruit and mango lead on the nose, with citrus from the lime and orange juice concentrates underneath. On the palate it's tropical and sweet, the fruit puree base giving it real body and a rounded juiciness that a syrup-based version wouldn't have. Lime sharpness comes in on the finish and stops it from being one-dimensional. Serve cold from the can. Works well at any occasion where you'd otherwise reach for a pornstar martini.
