On the palate it's light-bodied and crisp, the apple sweetness sitting alongside a mild tartness that stops it tipping into fruit juice territory. The finish is short and clean with no lingering aftertaste. It won't surprise anyone, but that's largely the point. Straightforward, well-balanced, and easy to drink across most occasions.
