It starts with a fermented, dealcoholised apple base, then blends in raspberry, blackcurrant, and elderberry juices to build the fruit character. The result sits below 0.05% ABV, gluten-free and vegan. It pours a bright ruby-red, clear with fine persistent carbonation. The aroma is berry-dominant: strawberry and raspberry up front, with a softer apple note sitting underneath. On the palate the berry character is sweet and rounded, with the blackcurrant and elderberry adding some depth and a gentle tartness that keeps the sweetness from becoming one-dimensional. The body is light and crisp, the finish clean and briefly sweet. It tastes noticeably more like a soft drink than a cider, but that is true of most fruit ciders regardless of ABV. Serve cold.
