High Rhode is a 500ml concentrate designed to be poured over ice or used as a cocktail base, around 2oz per serve. The formula carries adaptogens and nootropics: Rhodiola Rosea, 5-HTP, GABA, L-Theanine, and a moderate caffeine dose of 50mg per serving. Hibiscus and orange peel drive the flavour, with gentian root and liquorice adding bitterness and body. Over ice, the colour is a deep ruby-crimson. The nose is botanical and tart: orange bitters, hibiscus, a floral undercurrent and a thread of spice. On the palate it hits with tart citrus and herbal bitters, layered with the warmth of cayenne and the floral depth of hibiscus. The bitterness is genuine, reading closer to Campari or an amaro ancestor than a juice drink. The 50mg caffeine makes this better suited to daytime or early evening. At the aperitivo hour over soda water it holds its own as a Negroni-adjacent build without the alcohol.
