About This Drink
The coconut comes through clearly — sweet and rounded rather than synthetic, sitting alongside Tahitian and Madagascan vanilla that give it a proper creamy quality. Cinnamon and toffee add warmth, and there's enough orange peel to stop it becoming cloying. The black pepper finish is the detail that makes it interesting. It appears late and lingers, cutting through the sweetness in a way that keeps each sip moving. Without it this would be a fairly one-note tropical sweet. Built for mixing at a 3:1 ratio. Pineapple juice is the obvious pairing, or coconut water if you want to lean further into the tropical profile. It's probably too sweet to drink neat.
