Made with the distilled botanicals from Gordon's London Dry Gin recipe, including juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root and citrus peels. The alcohol is removed, leaving a botanical spirit that holds its character when mixed. Over ice you get the familiar piney juniper on the nose, sharpened with lemon and orange peel, and a faint herbal earthiness from coriander and angelica. On the palate it's clean and crisp, with juniper staying in front throughout. The sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame K) add a slight background softness without tipping into syrupy territory. The finish is brief and gentle, with a quiet citrus fade. It works best in a G&T build: over plenty of ice, topped with a good tonic, and garnished with a lime wedge or cucumber. At 12 kcal per 100ml it's one of the lower-calorie options in this category.
