Organic kombucha soda with ripe raspberry and fragrant elderflower, fruit-forward and gently floral with low acidity.

About This Drink

Ripe, rounded raspberry dominates the first impression, with none of the sharpness you might expect from kombucha. Elderflower comes in behind it, lifting the fruit with a delicate floral note that softens the acidity considerably. This is the sweeter, gentler end of the Counter Culture range. Brewed in Bristol using a SCOBY culture of organic cane sugar and organic green tea, with organic apple concentrate and organic raspberry concentrate (0.8%) alongside natural raspberry and elderflower flavourings. The apple concentrate adds body without adding obvious apple flavour. At 16 calories per 100ml and 3.6g of sugar, it's one of the slightly fuller-tasting bottles in the range.
