Wild Berry is one of the more interesting flavour combinations in the Equinox lineup. The berry blend gives it depth, and the pineapple adds a brightness that stops the fruit from going heavy or jammy. The sourness from the kombucha fermentation sits alongside the natural fruit acidity rather than fighting it. On the nose it reads as berry-forward and slightly sweet. The palate is more complex: the kombucha tang comes through mid-drink, and the finish is noticeably sour with a trailing complexity from the different fruits. Less straightforward than the raspberry or blood orange variants. Brewed in West Yorkshire with organic ingredients. Raw, vegan and gluten-free.
