About This Drink
Carl Jung Cuvée Weiss is a blended dealcoholised white wine, put through the brand's established low-temperature vacuum extraction process to remove alcohol while preserving the aromatic profile of the grapes. The wine is pale yellow with a clear, bright appearance. On the nose there is citrus, melon and green apple with a light floral note. The palate is fresh and rounded, with grapefruit and pear fruit and a crisp acidity running through it. It sits on the dry side with a clean finish. As a blend it lacks the varietal identity of the Chardonnay or Riesling, but that also makes it broadly appealing. Nothing to puzzle over, just a clean, easy white.
