Prosecco
Zero-alcohol Prosecco from Australian-grown Glera grapes, with citrus and fresh apple on the nose and honeydew and pear on a gently effervescent palate.
About This Drink
Plus & Minus Prosecco is made from Australian Glera grapes in an Italian-inspired style, dealcoholised after fermentation, with grape seed extract added for body and natural antioxidants. Winemaker is Corey Ryan. No artificial sweeteners are used. Citrus and just-cut apple come through on the nose. The palate is gently effervescent with a firm mid-weight feel, carrying honeydew, pear and a note of honeysuckle. There's a touch of fruit sweetness without tipping into cloying territory, and a cleansing acidity lifts the finish. It's a slightly sweeter style than the Blanc de Blancs, which makes it easier to drink on its own. It comes in a can, which suits it well given the style.
