The lactic note threads through, giving it the ice cream quality the series is built on. On the palate, passionfruit arrives with a citrus-like acidity, followed by softer, rounder mango and then a gentle peachy sweetness that carries to the finish. The mouthfeel is almost smoothie-like: lactose and fruit puree together give it a velvety weight, and the carbonation is soft rather than aggressive.
