The brewery operates as a gypsy brewer, producing across multiple facilities depending on the style. This contract brewing model is common in Poland's craft scene and lets Funky Fluid maintain their prolific output. They release an extraordinary number of new beers each year and ship to dozens of countries, with a fan base on Untappd that reflects their cult following across the craft world.

Their calling card is the Gelato series. These ice cream sours sparked a fruit beer craze in Poland and became a global hit. Think dessert-inspired sours loaded with fruit, creamy and indulgent. Beyond the sweet stuff, they brew everything from hazy NEIPAs to barrel-aged stouts, collaborating with heavyweights like Mikkeller, Omnipollo, and BrewDog along the way.

The alcohol-free range brings Funky Fluid's experimental spirit to the AF category. Free Gelato recreates their flagship sour style without the alcohol, available in flavours like Berries and Cream or Passionfruit, Mango and Peach. Free Cloudy delivers a juicy NEIPA that keeps the tropical hop character intact. These sit at 0.5% ABV or below.
