Fortuna Non-Alcoholic West Coast IPA

Non-alcoholic West Coast IPA at 0.5% from Omnipollo, dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Pale, clear, and citrus-led with a properly dry finish.

About This Drink

Fortuna is Omnipollo's first non-alcoholic beer produced at their church-brewery in Sundbyberg, Sweden. The West Coast IPA format suits the alcohol-free brief well: it prioritises clarity, dryness, and assertive hop character over body or richness. It pours a pale yellow, clear and bright rather than hazy. The dry hop additions of Citra and Mosaic come through in the aroma: lemon peel, a touch of grapefruit, and the tropical undercurrent Mosaic reliably brings. On the palate the bitterness is present and well-calibrated, the body is light and crisp, and the hop character stays front and centre without sweetness getting in the way. The finish lingers with lemon and citrus peel. A clean, dry, uncluttered non-alcoholic IPA. For those who want hop character without the haze and body of a New England-style variant, this is the right choice.
