Blackberry gives the tart backbone; marshmallow adds a soft, confectionery sweetness that takes the edge off the sourness without smothering it. It pours a vivid deep pink-purple, hazy and opaque. The aroma is dominated by ripe, slightly jammy blackberry, with the marshmallow reading more as vanilla-adjacent sweetness than pure sugar.
