About This Drink
The Rosé Blush Sparkling blends Sauvignon Blanc from Divin's Touraine estate with a small proportion of Pinot Noir, which gives the wine its delicate pale pink colour and a faint floral edge. Both varieties are dealcoholised, with effervescence added before bottling. White peach and tropical fruit come forward on the nose, carried by fine, persistent bubbles. The palate is fruit-driven and clean, without thinness. The Sauvignon Blanc provides the backbone and freshness; the Pinot Noir adds just enough to lift the profile beyond the ordinary. It holds up well as a celebratory pour. Serve very cold.
