Divin's Origine Sauvignon Blanc comes from the company's estate in Touraine, at the heart of the Loire Valley. The grapes are grown specifically for alcohol-free production and dealcoholised to preserve their natural aromatics. In the glass it is a bright yellow-green. White fruits and citrus come through on the nose alongside delicate white flowers. The palate is well-balanced, with a lively acidity that keeps things crisp from start to finish. It is not the most complex expression in Divin's range, but it does what a well-made Sauvignon Blanc should: stay fresh, stay clean, and not overstay its welcome.
