Zero Rosé NV
Dealcoholised Australian rosé from South Australian fruit, pale pink with strawberry and apple at its core.
About This Drink
Wolf Blass Zero Rosé is part of the Zero range alongside the Sauvignon Blanc, Sparkling and Shiraz, all built from South Australian fruit and put through dealcoholisation to land at 0.5% ABV. On the nose it's fragrant, with wild strawberry, rose petals and a pink musk quality. The palate is on the sweeter side of the rosé spectrum — red apple gives it structure, with strawberry and cream through the mid-palate and a light citrus note at the close. The body is on the lighter side, as you'd expect from a dealcoholised wine, but the fruit character carries well enough. It's a reasonable option in the alcohol-free rosé category, which remains fairly thin. Worth serving very cold.
