About This Drink
Ambar Triple Zero gets its name from three credentials: no alcohol, no sugar, and carbon-neutral production. It comes from La Zaragozana, the Zaragoza brewery founded in 1900, and uses barley malt, rice, and dietary fibre alongside hops. The alcohol is removed through slow evaporation at low temperature and pressure, a gentler process than heat-based stripping. It pours a clear pale gold with a compact white head. The aroma is quiet: fresh barley malt, a trace of cereal, and some subdued grassy hop notes. On the palate it is light-bodied and crisp, with mild hop bitterness and a clean, dry finish. The absence of sugar is noticeable in a good way. Many alcohol-free lagers compensate with sweetness; this one doesn't, which gives it a leaner, more drinkable character.
