About This Drink
Blurred Vines Spark is built from the ground up: redcurrant and strawberry juice, a fermented apricot and white grape base, cold-brewed guayusa and green tea, with schisandra berry, hibiscus, and a small amount of cayenne. No wine is dealcoholised in the process. It pours raspberry pink with persistent fine bubbles. The nose leads with red fruit: currant and strawberry, with green tea freshness sitting underneath. On the palate it's dry, with apricot and currant coming through clean, framed by bright acidity and tannin structure that's closer to a proper sparkling wine than most alcohol-free alternatives. A lick of chilli appears mid-palate and lingers into a dry finish. Serve chilled in a flute or wine glass. The carbonation holds well and suits occasions where sparkling wine would naturally appear. Contains natural caffeine from guayusa and green tea. Low sugar at 2g per 100ml, vegan, and gluten-free.
