About This Drink
Celtic Myst is distilled at the Old Coach House Distillery in Monmouth using a copper pot still charged with 100% organic herbs and spices, then blended with Welsh spring water. No alcohol is used at any point in production, which puts it in a different category from dealcoholised products. Juniper leads on both the nose and the palate, with citrus peel close behind. The rosemary comes through on the finish as a cool, slightly camphorous note that outlasts the sip. The mouthfeel is light and smooth, without the alcohol burn that normally carries botanical spirits across the palate. Whether that reads as a limitation depends on what you're after. If you want the sensation of alcohol, this won't provide it. If you want a genuinely complex botanical drink, it holds up. Zero calories, no added sugars, sweeteners, colours, or artificial flavours.
