That means there is nothing to remove: it goes straight from fruit to bottle without any alcohol being produced in the first place. What you get in the glass is a soft pink sparkling drink that sits firmly in the sweeter, fruit-forward end of the rosé spectrum. Strawberry and raspberry come through on the nose, with the wild rose character of the Malvasia Nera giving it a slightly floral lift. On the palate, red cherry and blueberry notes sit alongside the gentle sweetness of the grape must, and the carbonation keeps things lively rather than flat.
