Bottega 0 comes in two expressions: White and Rosé. Both are made from grape must rather than dealcoholised wine, meaning the liquid never ferments. The must is kept in refrigerated tanks to prevent fermentation, then carbonated to create the bubbles. The White version blends Glera and Moscato grapes, producing a sweet, fruity sparkler with apple and pear notes. The Rosé adds Malvasia Nera to the mix, delivering strawberry and red fruit character with floral hints.

These sit at the sweeter end of the alcohol-free sparkling spectrum. At around 48 calories per 100ml with 12g of sugar, they drink more like a celebration fizz than a dry aperitif.
