Plus & Minus Rosé is made from South Australian Pinot Noir, dealcoholised and finished with grape seed extract for body and antioxidants. The label notes a European style, which in practice means it leans dry rather than sweet. No artificial sweeteners are used. It pours pale pink. The nose is gentle: rose petal and fresh strawberry, nothing overpowering. On the palate, ripe berry fruit is the main event, with a soft texture that makes it easy to drink. The dry, clean finish is what distinguishes it from the fruitier, slightly sweet zero-alcohol rosés that dominate the category. If you find most AF rosés too cloying, this one is worth trying.
