Pinot Gris sits naturally between the aromatic intensity of Riesling and the crispness of Sauvignon Blanc, and this version maintains that middle-ground character. The nose is gently floral with white blossom, lychee, and red apple. On the palate, apple and pear are the main act, alongside a faint muscat quality that gives the wine a soft, rounded feel. Acidity is moderate, which makes for pleasant balance without sharp edges. The finish is clean and fades quietly. One of the more understated wines in the Giesen 0% range.
