About This Drink
Ambar Radler Triple Zero takes the brewery's standard alcohol-free lager and blends it with lemon juice from concentrate. The result sits within the Triple Zero range: no alcohol, no sugar, with sweeteners used to maintain the citrus character without the calorie load that comes with a standard radler. The alcohol is removed through slow evaporation at low temperature and pressure before blending. It pours a pale gold with lively carbonation. On the nose there's fresh lemon zest with a light malt backdrop, nothing complicated. The palate is sharp and citrus-led, with clean lemon juice over a light barley malt base. Bitterness barely registers. The finish is clean with a faint lemony dryness, and the body is lighter than the standard Triple Zero lager at 13 kcal per 100ml.
