About This Drink
The name comes from Prenzlauer Berg, a Berlin neighbourhood, and this is the zero-ABV take on Põhjala's raspberry sour. It pours a soft rosé pink with a brief white head. The nose leads with fresh raspberry, a creamy vanilla note and a lift of zesty acidity underneath. The body is smooth and full from the lactose and oat combination. Raspberry fruit comes forward on the palate, and acidity builds gently through the mid-section before carrying into the finish. It's not sharp or cloying, just a clean fruit-forward sour with enough body to hold together. Uses Hallertau Blanc and Hüll Melon hops. Contains lactose and barley.
