Galipette Non-Alc is made from a blend of sweet and sharp cider apple varieties grown in Brittany and Normandy. The production is minimal by design: pressed juice, carbonation, nothing else. No concentrate, no added sugar, no sweeteners. Two ingredients. The label says 100% pure juice and it means it. In the glass it pours deep golden amber with a light, natural sparkle. The nose is straightforward orchard apple, clean and without any of the artificial edge you get in cheaper non-alcoholic ciders. On the palate it sits in semi-sweet territory, but the natural acidity keeps it from feeling heavy. There is a faint spice note in the background. The finish is crisp and dry.
