Bryza

Alcohol-free pale ale from a small Polish craft brewery, brewed with rye malt and lime juice for a citrus-forward character.

About This Drink

Bryza comes from Browar Gzub, a small craft brewery in Środa Wielkopolska, Poland. Brewed with a blend of barley and rye malt, it picks up lime juice after fermentation, keeping the wort base below 0.5% ABV at 6.5 BLG. It pours a pale, hazy straw. The nose is lightly grainy with a fresh squeeze of lime up front. On the palate it is light-bodied and moderately carbonated, with gentle malt sweetness underpinning a bright citrus note. The lime is natural and present without dominating. Clean and simple, with a short finish that lingers on citrus.
