About This Drink
The bitter backbone comes from French gentian root and quassia bark, two botanicals that produce aromatic bitterness with genuine depth rather than sweetness dressed up as complexity. Italian mandarin, orange and lemon bring brightness. A chili seed shell distillate rounds the finish with a faint warming note that keeps the drink feeling grown-up. It opens with vivid citrus before moving into a clean, layered bitterness. The profile is expressive but not aggressive. At 30 kcal per 100ml with low sugar, it sits comfortably in the aperitivo format. The amber-orange colour and carbonation make it work in the glass for aperitif occasions.
