About This Drink
Crossip makes this through cold maceration rather than distillation, steeping raw botanicals directly to extract flavour. The core is pineapple and citrus, joined by ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, bergamot, and green tea. Two chillies do the heavy lifting at the back end: habanero and scotch bonnet. On the nose there's peach and stone fruit alongside the expected tropical character. The palate opens sweet and juicy, then warming spices come through in the mid-palate. The heat is genuine and sustained without completely overshadowing the fruit. It suits tiki-style mixing better than most non-alcoholic spirits in this space.
