About This Drink
The production is genuinely involved. Ten botanicals are steam-distilled individually over 48 hours before blending, then the spirit matures for two weeks before bottling. That process earns it more complexity than most alcohol-free spirits manage. It opens with bright citrus and tropical fruit: pineapple and lemon peel lead, with the Inca berry's distinctive tart note threading through the middle. Green cardamom and a faint trace of licorice root sit underneath. Juniper is present but doesn't push too hard. The body is lighter than a standard spirit, though the aromatic layering keeps it interesting. No added sugar, clean dry finish.
