Lyre's Pink London is the coloured sibling of Dry London, layering red berry and floral notes over the same juniper-led base. Hibiscus extract and Allura Red colouring give it the characteristic blush appearance alongside red berry flavourings. The nose opens with red berries, rosehip, and soft florals over clean juniper. On the palate, rose, cherry, and berry come through with a fragrant lift, followed by blackberry and raspberry on the mid-palate. The body is richer and more coating than the Dry London. The finish is dry and juniper-focused, with the floral notes fading to a classic gin close. It works well in a highball with pink or elderflower tonic and a wedge of grapefruit. The sweetness level at 3.9g sugar per 100ml is moderate and will not overwhelm straightforward mixer builds.
