About This Drink
Ghost Walker punches harder than the average alcohol-free IPA. Sixty IBUs is ambitious at any ABV, and the hop selection delivers on the promise: musky overripe tropical fruit, papaya and passionfruit, with grapefruit and earthy pine resin underneath. On the palate, candied tropical flavours open before settling into dank, piney bitterness. There is a toasty, black tea-like malt quality that adds structure and stops it feeling hollow. The finish is dry and resinous, with lingering bitterness that intensifies slightly as it warms. Best served cold to keep the tropical character prominent. This is one of the more interesting AF IPAs around, and the 60 IBU figure is not just a number on the label.
