IPA
A 0.5% IPA dry-hopped with Citra, Centennial and Amarillo, brewed to strength on a six-grain malt base that keeps the body from going thin.
About This Drink
Infinite Session IPA is brewed to maximum 0.5% rather than having alcohol stripped out afterwards. The difference matters: the six-grain malt bill, which includes barley, wheat and oats, gets to develop properly during fermentation, giving the body a smoothness that avoids the watery quality common in low-alcohol IPAs. Citra, Centennial and Amarillo go in post-fermentation as a dry hop, preserving aromatic intensity without boiling off the volatile compounds that make hoppy beer worth drinking. Pop the can and the aroma is citrus-forward: grapefruit zest, a touch of tropical fruit, and a faint green note of fresh hops. Bitterness arrives mid-sip and builds toward the back. The malt is there for structure rather than sweetness, and the finish is clean and dry with citrus peel lingering briefly. At 30 IBU it's moderate for the style, but noticeably hoppy for alcohol-free. Ten calories per 100ml. Gluten-free and vegan.
